Love my Aquajogger. Use it all the time for my pool workouts. Barbells give good resistance for pool arm workout. Haven't tried the foot resistance yet, but I anticipate equally great results.

The waist belt is too large for my torso. It comes up too high on the back and the ankle things are too tight. I like the dumbbells' as they add to your floatability. I decided to keep the set so any guests I might have can also use it. I'm only 5'4" so the belt may fit someone larger just fine.

I liked the hand weights, but the ankle weights were uncomfortable as well as the vest. I returned the pack and purchased the hand weights separately.

Benn using it daily ! Already had the Aquajogger a constant workout companion .Decide to invest in the kit and encourage a workout partner.So glad I did the added resistance without joint stress is just what I was looking for. And my inexperienced friend is living it as well . Really ups your game!!! Also very good value!! Often hard to find in stores!!

Fitness in the pool made fun. I jogged all summer long as part of rehabilitation plan after injury. It was effective for taking pressure off my back to keep me upright while exercising. In US women sizes, the band is large enough to fit a size 4X waist but can be tightened down to fit a size 9. The foot covers add subtle resistance that make leg kicks harder. The hand floats take a little getting used to so you know they are turned pointed in the right direction for max resistance but after a while the movement became easy.

I absolutely love this set. Previous belts I have used in the past used to rub the undersides of my arms but I can keep this belt on for my 50 minute routine without any issues. The barbells and ankle wraps are great too. The instruction booklet has added more exercises to my regular routine. Extremely pleased with the whole kit!

, The belt is great superb in quality, size, the are tricky for older people to use they are heavy under wáter ans not easy to move.The joggers (small round cushions to put on feet), are not well made, the sides are not rounded and hurt when used, they mark your feet with a round button , its not well cut on the inside.... bad, bad

Skip this seller and go straight to the Aqua jogger website. Or find a local shop that carries them. Nothing was said about sizing here. What we got would have fit a 5 year old and not an adult!! Then it cost over $12 to return then I was charged a 20% restock fee! Over $40!!! Had I gone to the official site it may have cost a few dollars more but instead I lost $52!! The only reason I was buying new ones is that we lost ours when we moved. But if you get the proper fit they are well worth the money!! If you cannot walk or do other exercise this has no impact on your joints, is fun to do and burns more fat and calories then miles of jogging.

I ordered the Aqua Jogger Active Value Pack for my mom . She had used the aqua Jogger set during physical rehab after having her third spinal fusion surgery and wanted a set for home use . Having the float belt , " ActiveBells" that are hand held triangle resistance things , and wrist floats give her added resistance and buoyancy to help her with regaining strength without impact on her joints or back . The materials seems to be top quality ,the nylon belt goes out to about 54" , and should last for a long time .

I have old beatup knees. I can walk miles but can't run. With the Aquajogger, I run as fast I want to and with addition of the wings on my ankles just adds to the work out. I still learning the excerises but I can say in all honesty this is the best bucks I have spent lately.

I was a little sceptical at first but I am believer now. Great price, super fast shipping, and they really do work. I need to buy another set because My wife is now constantly using mine! Comes with a book of exercises so that really helps as well.

I love the water arobics work out Aqua jogger active Value Pack. I had a set 5 years ago and my husband threw it out in the garbage by mistake. Needless to say, I was not very pleased with thim. Ha. So I purchased another set and I love working out with this every day in our pool. I have lost more weight and it is the best work out anyone can do instead of land exercise. I have Chronic Osteoarthritis and it makes it hard for me to get any exercise due to the pain I experience all the time. When using this in your pool or a pool, you do not realize how many calories you are burning and how much you are toning your body up. I really enjoy working out this this. Thank you.
