Excellent quality, but could be a little shorter. Install was a bit tight at first and had to sand down the lip on the nut to tighten properly on the inside. Slight modification, but certainly worth every penny to never have to worry about it again!

Way better than that flimsy Yamaha plastic. Do yourself a favor and change this out on your Yamaha…..your boat will sink once the plastic one fails!!!

Exactly what I needed to replace the old plastic scupper drains. These are amazing. They fit perfectly and are much easier to tighten down since they are metal. While expensive for what they are the scupper flap works perfectly to keep water out of the boat. No issues and I'm very happy with the purchase. Hopefully, it's a buy once / cry once at this price point but definitely recommend these. They have replaceable scupper flaps so if those ever wear out cheap replacement.

This might seem a little pricy but I don't think you can skimp on anything below the waterline. I replaced a plastic Scupper Valve that had become brittle over time with this stainless one. It is quality made and fit my need and application perfectly. The backside of the largest diameter that would fit on the outside of the hull has a recessed groove around it looking like it should have an "O-ring" in it. That is not what the groove is for. This does not come with an O-ring. The groove is to channel the adhesive/sealant you will be using to mount the scupper. Of course you will also want to use adhesive/sealant on the securing nut on the inside of the hull where the nut contacts the hull.

Installed this on my 2015 Yamaha 242, works well, appears to be well built and fits well. I was surprised. I was not expecting amazon to be the place where I would go or trust for these kind of parts but my boats been in the water for a few months now and has no water leaks.

Purchasing 2 scuppers that are almost $100 each, you'd think the seller could take them time to package them appropriately. These heavy, polished stainless steel items are now scratched up and also damaged an HDMI adapter that was haphazardly thrown in the same plastic bag. There was not padding, tape or packing material...just thrown in a plastic bag. Unbelievable how lazy people can be.

The OEM that came with my boat broke without any impact, just fell apart. It was plastic on a 21' Yamaha boat. Replaced it with this one and that will never happen again. Solid metal, quality made. Old one shown as well after an attempted repair that failed.
