I want to like this robot more. It seems well designed but the motors and paddles are underpowered. If there is any kind of circulation in the pool, it regularly gets stuck in a corner and can’t get itself out. Also, to the manufacturers: why does this unit only know how to make right turns. I can make it turn left with the remote, so why doesn’t it ever turn left automatically? That would solve some of the issues - but not all of them.

The only reason it gets 2 stars is because my money was refunded quickly. This thing worked great for 1 month. Died 30 days after first use. Sat in full sun for 2 days in Florida and it would not turn back on so obviously wasn’t charging any longer. Even though the warranty was filled out, they would not send me a replacement, only a refund. Bought an Aiper instead. I’ve had an Aiper bottom cleaner for 3 years with no issues. Should’ve stuck with the brand the first time.

This device started great, and went downhill fast. The magnets that hold the solar panel skimmer lid almost immediately separated, and rusted. The unit then would intermittently work, although our pool is in full sun 90 percent of the day, and now it does not work at all. We purchased this last June in 2024, and conveniently the listing for the original listing is now gone, and this one is in its place. Save your money and look at other brands, that don't try to cover up the short comings.

It stopped working after a month. From day 1, I would manually have to turn it on every morning. Now, I'm just stuck with a $230 floating brick that I cannot exchange or return. Customer service is non-existent. Whenever this item starts receiving too many bad reviews and their star average goes down, they pull that ad and re-list the exact same item with a nice fresh star average and new reviews. It's a hustle, for sure. Beware, and don't waste your money like I did.
