This net works just as well as you'd think after looking at the materials description. It telescopes well to work with the positioning and fish you need. The construction also takes salt and brackish water use well. I've had no issues using it to land fish. I like that it comes with a cover bag to prevent things getting stuck in it or other sharp objects tearing the webbing. Works well, and at a better price than outdoor world.

This arrived and was a lot bigger than I expected. That doesn't take away from its quality and highly recommend for shore or boat fishing.. its a bit large for a kayak lol

I needed a smaller boat net for salmon up to 12 pounds, mostly for coho salmon. This really fits the bill!It looks and feels like quality. The only thing I needed to do was spray some WD40 so that the handle wasnt to hard to pull out.The test will be in the morning here at Buoy 10, the moth of the Columbia River. I will try to add some pics with the weight of the fish.

Well made landing net. It's much larger than what I expected. However, too large is better than too small. If my dog falls in the water and having problems getting out, this net can rescue her.

This net is a great size. Love the quality. I do not write reviews but had to say how well made this product is. Case fits nicely. As one person said "a touch of lube on sliding portion of handel" and it slides beyond expectations.Do not hesitate to purchase this "no markings no name" net.

First impression are that this huge net (truly, meant for big fish) is well made and should prove durable. The materials are of very high quality and finish. The pole was initially difficult to slide into place; after twisting the pole, it turns out there is a guiding ridge that can be twisted to lock the pole in place, quite convenient for storage. Twisting the pole get the ridges aligned properly for easy sliding. The pole locks into place with two buttons - these can be tricky to work in many situations, and these fall into that category: a bit of pain to work, but work well when in place. I do wonder after repeated exposure to saltwater, will these corrode and rust? Probably best to keeps these buttons maintained and periodically oiled.I had issue with the twist-lock for the pole extension - the twist locking mechanism seems to never properly lock/tighten into place. I can get it adequately tight, but I expected more precision at this price point.Provided are a few detail photos that I hope showcase above description, and a few photos of a basketball and rugby ball for scale. This net is gigantic. Also, with rubber mesh like this, I'd keep a few small zip-ties around for just-in-case repair. 4/5, I was disappointed in the twist-lock mechanism.

This net is perfect folds down for easy storage and is still sturdy enough to handle big fish. I've used it multiple times and landing fish is a breeze. Material doesn't get hooked and makes removal easy. Couldn't ask for a better product at this price.
