Cuts cheese ok, not great. Also, cheese gets stuck in the crack very easily and is so hard to clean out.

This is a cheaply made and poorly engineered piece of junk. First time I tried to slice some soft Gouda, the blade wouldn’t stay connected and the wood split! First slice!
