This mat is a great training tool for reminding younger players the proper foot placement when batting. We have this set up at our “hitting station” and my son has benefited greatly from it.

I'm a coach for coaches pitch, I use it for practice it does help with them (boys ages 6-7) with memorizing their foot placement. My only gripe with it is how dirty it gets and you have to either hit it with a hose after every practice or put it in the wash on cold and let it air dry I gave it 4 stars only for that reason other than that I highly recommend it.
