A pesar de que el material es robusto, los ajustes de la bisagra con el brazo no se bloquea 100%, y al golpear el saco se mueve. Igual, el tornillo sobre el que se cuelga el mosquetón del saco, tiene una holgura que hace que se desgaste rápidamente con el movimiento del saco.Además, el producto no trae instrucciones, y tienes que guiarte por el dibujo super pequeño de la caja....Por tanto, no lo recomendaría

Swing function works great with two locking mechanisms. My obly complaint is that it's a tad short so closer to the wall than I would like. Tucks out of the way as designed. Great product.

This bracket is really strong. More than strong enough to hold any boxing bag including the big ones in gym. Much mote expensive but worth it. My bag is secure and bracket can move from one side to the other.

This mount is a beast. Easily handles my 100 lb punching bag with no wobble or creaking. The 360 swivel is smooth and adds flexibility for workouts. Installation was straightforward, but make sure you’ve got sturdy wall anchors if your studs aren’t ideal.

Hung a bag in my basement for my daughter who is a blackbelt in TKD. Hung easy. I did use my own fasteners, I typically prefer knowing they're all steel. The included fasteners are probably fine.It works as advertised and intended and holds the bag just fine.
