This is the first thing that’s actually kept the squirrels at bay and off the bird feeders! We have tried just about everything, short of using a pellet rifle on them. They won’t go near this spike strip. It’s very scary to use; gloves are a must.Birds are ok with it and even land on it. Great product!

Not working, raccoons easy climbed by spikes attached as spirals on pole. Not recommended.

Bought this to keep the squirrels off my feeder. THEY ARE SHARP!!! But we used two pliers to handle the strip, being careful to not poke our hands or arms. (did anyway). First try, squirrel used the spikes like a ladder right to the feeder. Twisted the spikes tighter so they were closer together, problem solved. Funny how the birds can perch on it without cutting themselves! Not sure if it keeps raccoons off, because I bring the feeders in at night. Have a very crafty raccoon around here..so not taking chances. Overall, good product.

Wrap and zip tie these to my poles that hold bird feeders. I use a more heavy duty zip tie than the ones that are shipped with it.

I wouldn’t buy it again I binned it as soon as I received itIt is really sharp I don’t want dead squirrels here or even worse injure my cats.But It does it job if you don’t want squirrels around anymore so I’ll give it 3 stars

These things are bloody sharp. They drew blood when I tried to unroll it and I ended up wearing gloves to cut it. Put a stop to the bird problem in a hurry.

Used to prevent racoons climbing up brick chimney. They will not pass the spikes.

Well the first one ran through it and spent a long time trying to figure out how to get out of the tree. jumped down to the ground from the lowest branch well above my head height and has never been back. All the rest run up to it, size it up and run back down, and wait for the blue jays to through them down. Very happy with the results and will remove and store them away till next fall when the oak tree fruits again. would not of gone to this measure if the little bugger were not defoliating the whole tree and making a blasted mess of next years buds and growth
