I love how clean the floor is without cleaning products. This sanitizes and cleans so well. It gets super hot and the pressure of the steam is good. There is a plastic smell when mop that goes away. I find the machine a bit bulky and top heavy. It constantly tips over. Definitelya negative. The power is pretty good. It is a work out for me to do more than one room at a time. I do not find that this machine leaks at all. This product was a little pricey but with 2 big dogs I like how clean my floors can be. I recommend with caveats

Underwhelmed by this. It feels cheaply made and the steamer part that separates from the floor cleaning apparatus makes it clunky and awkward to handle. More than anything else, I'm annoyed, and slightly grossed out, that the demineralized water cleaning solution I paid extra for arrived already used. The tamper proof seal was removed and the bottle was 2/3 full. Not worth returning the whole thing just for that, but I don't think I'll purchase any Bissell products after this one. Really wishing I had chosen to go with a more expensive, quality model. Was super excited to have a steam cleaner and this one is a disappointment.

More than for floors, I use this product everywhere. It's really great for grout in the bathrooms and kitchen and does a great job on windows and faucets.

My old shark steam vac died after 10 years. I had been told this bissell is a great product so I bought one.After three tries on my tile floor, ‘not impressed at all. I just kept trying and reading the directions to make sure I had done everything needed. I did! But still the floors weren’t near as clean as one pass w/ my old Shark.Umm , I’m returning and ordered another shark!

We bought this thinking it would leave our floors sparkling. However, I don't find it any better than just using a mop. A mop is much less trouble and cost 1/20th as much. I ended up donating this steam cleaner.

Waste of money! I bought this to “save” myself from getting on my hands & knees to scrub grout for spring cleaning. Also thought it made sense to have my ceramic tiles steamed rather than mopped when I cleaned on a routine basis. I quickly found out I’m better off scrubbing my grout the “old fashioned way” in terms of “deep cleaning”. As for steaming my floors? Hmm, even on the high steam option I was going over them multiple times and they felt sticky afterwards. To keep the various tools on the handheld steamer they lock in place at an angle leaving me to hold this device at awkward angles (2 stars) which made it not lightweight. The only part that was lightweight was the entire unit itself which I gave 3 stars. NOT IMPRESSED!!
