BLIKA 10 Ton Hydraulic Crimping Tool, Hydraulic Cable Lug Crimper 12 to 2/0 AWG, Hydraulic Hand Crimper Tool for 1/8" to 3/16" Cable Railing Kit, Cable Railing Crimper Tool with 13 Diesworks as expected. easy crimping of aluminum single hole crimp ends. havent tested on 2 hole ends but i think it will work on those fine too. honestly, i love it. does what it supposed to do. holding the end on the wire in the slot and pressing the handle is a little cumbersome, and tricky. but what i found works best is to put your crimp end into the vise and squeeze the trigger just till it holds it, then slide your cable in. then crank it. if you go to far, release, turn 180 and squeeze till it cleans up the wonky fold. works great. the vise ends are magnetically held in place and more than once it turned a little so have to be conscientious about placement. the included case is nice but doesnt really manage the vise ends very well. they tend to play musical chairs during the night. overall, i am quite happy with this tool.

I really like these crimpers. They deliver a very solid crimp, and they are super smooth to operate. The range of crimp gauges is great. The not-so-great... The case. This has to be the singly WORST case I've ever had for an item. First off, there aren't enough spaces for all the crimp dies to fit. Secondly, of the ones you do get to fit, they will quickly go scattering throughout the closed case once you pick it up by the handle. Very poor design. Good thing it will just sit on it's side inside my toolbox.

We operate three large greenhouses with drop-down sides, which are raised and lowered by a cable system connected to a boat winch. The cables run across the top of the side wall curtains, but we encountered a recurring issue: the ropes connecting the walls to the cable would slip. Initially, I used electrical crimp connectors to attach the ropes to the cable, but I couldn’t crimp them tightly enough with electrical crimpers. As a result, the ropes would slide, preventing the curtains from closing completely.This hydraulic crimping tool was the perfect solution! I replaced the electrical crimp connectors with cable loop crimp connectors, and the hydraulic crimper created secure, tight crimps that completely eliminated slipping. Now, the curtains close all the way to the top without fail. After years of struggling with this issue, I’m thrilled to finally have a permanent fix.When it comes to tools (and electronics), weight often indicates quality, and this tool is no exception. It’s incredibly heavy and well-built. The hydraulics work flawlessly, delivering strong, consistent crimps. The kit exceeded my expectations with its wide variety of dies, allowing you to crimp nearly any cable size imaginable. This versatility makes it suitable for numerous applications.I’m genuinely impressed by the quality and functionality of this tool. It’s easily the best purchase I’ve made in years. I love this device. I installed a cable railing setup in my last home in WA, to provide our family with an unobstructed view of the land behind our property. At the time, I did all of the work by hand, using a hand-crimper which often left inconsistent or even damaged crimps, sometimes even requiring more than one crimp. Anyhow, I wanted to give this tool a try on the cable railing system I just finished installing on the upper floor of the barn (with wrap around deck facing some wooded hills and a creek) of our new home in OH. This tool is truly a life saver. It makes crimps a breeze and does so quickly and leaves each crimp looking professional and consistent. Although I only used one size of crimp die, on my 1/8" braided SS wire, I do like that the kit came with multiple sizes, as I intend to use it on some 1/4" wire in the future on a garden-related project. Very pleased.
