Won't be a 5 star until we see how long it lasts. Fairly easy to install, easy to operate and clean. Takes some getting used to, especially if your pans have slightly rounded bottoms

Despite saying it is a 36" stove top take care it is 37". This extra inch means it will not fit on top of a standard 36" cabinet box as it would require cutting through both sides of the cabinet to make it fit and thus weaken the cabinet significantly. Read the dimensions of the specifications carefully before purchasing and don't believe the name. Confirm that your cabinets underneath the counter can accommodate a unit of non-standard size. Extremely disappointing. I don't know why they can call it 36" and simply ignore the actual dimensions.

As others have mentioned, this might not fit in an existing space for a 36" cooktop. I taped the area off and used a diamond cutting wheel on an angle grinder to extend the space by about 1/2-1/4" and it fit well afterward.No complaints about the cooktop itself after that fact, it seems to work fine.

Purchased Jan 2023 as part of kitchen renovation. Professionally installed in July and one burner does not work right. After many many conversations with Bosch and with the seller Home Super Store/Appliance Palace, Bosch will not honor the 1 year warranty because the seller is not an authorized Bosch dealer. So I am stuck paying for repairs for a brand new cooktop. Please be aware that sellers may not be authorized dealers and there is nothing you can do about it. Very unhappy with Home Super Store and with Bosch. I expected better
