the smokeless oil products should recommend using cotton wicks. no more dense black smoke and soot when used in my tiki torches.

Bought these for a kerosene Adlake railroad switching lantern. They burn well and fit well in the wick holder. Do let soak for 20 minutes or so when new or they won’t light.

The only reason why I'm giving this 5 stars is because I'm sure its a great product. However, it did not work for me. I may need a smaller wick for my intended purpose.

These work fine in oil lamps. It's a bit annoying to have framed ends as it makes it more difficult to install and when trimmed is just a waste. But they work fine (I've used two so far). Should last for many years.
