Bostitch manufactures over 2000 types of fasteners. Each fastener is engineered for optimal performance in Bostitch tools and for exceeding the performance expectations of our customers. Our goal is to continually increase efficiency, productivity and quality and to ensure building code compliance through the ICC ESR 2020, ICC ESR 1539 and ICC ER 5426 reports. Our team of engineers leads the industry in innovation and design. Utilizing our advanced laboratory, our team of engineers conducts environmental testing to study the effects of storm forces and other weather conditions, withdrawal testing to evaluate new coatings, penetration testing to evaluate drive characteristics and development testing to optimize withdrawal, shear and pull-through performance. Bostitch stick nails are designed, engineered and manufactured in four different forms and are generally identified by what holds the nails together – plastic, wire, paper or adhesive. Adhesive collation is used on finish nails and brads for trim and fine woodwork. Finish nails and brads range in length from 3/8-Inch to 2-1/2-Inch with diameters ranging from 15 to 23 gauge. The plastic, wire and paper collated nails are used for general framing and crating applications. Stick nails range in length from 1-1/2-Inch to 6-1/4-Inch with diameters ranging from 0.113-Inch to 0.165-Inch.

My first review was reject for pointing out a problem with packaging. Odd as it was saying the same as BELOW and several other reviews. Maybe TAPING THE BOX SHUT would be a good idea. WON'T BUY AGAIN AS OBVIOUSLY THE SAME WOULD HAPPEN AGAIN AS IT HAS BEEN SINCE THIS POST,"May 25, 2018 - Nothing wrong with the staples, but I suggest the box be taped closed before shipping as all the staples were dumped inside the bubble mailer and are broken into short bits that will be very annoying to put into the staple gun."

The staples are good. I have been buying them from the local hardware store for years. But the packaging is terrible, the flimsy box is just shipped in a bag where the staples get broken in peices, I prefer to pay local store prices and have intake staples than to have to work with many tiny peices like this. A shame, even a little peice of tape on the box itself might have kept the staples together and prevented them from breaking up... Will not be buying again.

Just received two boxes of these staples. They were both put into a bigger box for shipping. When I opened the box one box of staples was fine and the other one was busted open with all staples broken into little pieces. Not happy. I had to throw that box away.

Nothing wrong with the staples, but I suggest the box be taped closed before shipping as all the staples were dumped inside the bubble mailer and are broken into short bits that will be very annoying to put into the staple gun.

None of the local hardware/home improvement stores had these staples available so I checked on Amazon and found them. It's a great product and I am well pleased!

I realize that this will sound crazy passionate when talking about something as silly as a staple, but I LOVE these staples! Let me explain. I have a company that ships art in round cardboard tubes. A LOT of cardboard tubes! Last year I bought a stapler that was supposed to be industrial strong and I spent a year of frustration, having to constantly push staples the rest of the way in by hand, or spoon, or plier- whatever was available at hand- and it has been a huge daily frustration for me.I hate having to buy something else when I have already committed to a product, but after a year of irritation, breaking staples, and total frustration whenever I had to ship, I finally gave in and bought a Bostitch stapler and these staples to go with it. I have been using this stapler and these staples for a week and every single time I click that stapler, I smile and exclaim out loud my love for these wonderful, strong, perfect staples! So THAT is why I have to review these staples with passion and excitement! I really, really wish I had just bought a better stapler last year when I quickly realized how awful my original choice was.The only way these could be better is if Amazon would offer these on Prime!

Years of using various brands of staplers and staples have proven the value of using the manufacturer's specific staples for their product. Bought these to use with my Bostitch H30-8 stapler (see my review of it). They work great, no jams!
