FILLING INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Refuelling a soldering iron Please use Flame Classics refill.
2.When refueling ensure that there is no open flame nearby.
3.Insert the stem of the gas refueling container vertically into the tank valve located on the bottom of the soldering iron. Press the container firmly down for about 3 seconds. Repeat 3-4 times for maximum refueling.
4.Please wait about 2 minutes before igniting the lighter.
5.Adjust the flame, keep the soldering iron away from your face, turn the regulator manually to 1 or to 2,3,4. Recommended fuel : Butane gas.

Returned the second unit. Ignitor was inoperable. Same as the 1st unit. Amazon quickly sent 2nd unit to replace the 1st. 2nd unit had the torch head assembly in pieces, Asked for a refund. Will search for something better. Very poor, or non-existent QC for the product.

the flame is too much to stay lit when using the iron and yes it is turned all the way down. everything cleaned , no help

The igniter was facing the wrong direction, had to flip it, so it shocked the body and not the shaft

I bought it to work on my car, and it provides the right temperature for perfect soldering joints. The baffle is very useful for heat shrink. I would recommend it to anyone who is not near a power outlet.

Product was used and had solder melted on the tip, and also missing solder, and 2 attachments. Received refund.

Nice! Like multiple attachments for multi use solder, shrink wrap, other applications and case is nice to keep everything organized
