The size of the grate is not very large. So if you put a pan or pot on it you consume most of the surface area. The locking bolts on the side aren’t very efficient and one doesn’t work at all. Seems to be decent quality metal used, and the wood handles seem ok. Definitely works as intended but larger meals for more than 1 will surely be time consuming as only one item is suitable to cook at a time on the grate and one on the hook

Very sturdy, heavy duty seems like it will last and not rust off and break. , the cooking surface is a little small but adequate for a small group. It will hold a nice size cast iron pan or Dutch oven. I don’t have a pot for it but I didn’t need one. I think I got a good price for the quality.

This isn’t typical cheap construction! It’s extremely solid and well made. Heavy wrought iron; nice simple design with no flimsy parts. We haven’t used it yet, but I look forward to using this! I can imagine all the fun things I might cook on it!
