They were supposed to be new but they were open, bag was torn and there was wax on them. I had to clean them be ause they made our fingers black.

The quality of the wick holder is good. It is good enough to centre the wick.

Not too happy with these. 90 percent of them came with a closed up hole so I am not able to use them with my wicks. I tried using plyers to fix but it only helped a few. Not worth the purchase
