If someone does a lot of canning, I'd probably recommend spending a little more. That being said, all of these items work and are perfectly functional. The quality and long term durability may not be the greatest for a common canning enthusiast but this is a great, affordable set to get someone started. Makes a great gift for someone who is interested in canning and wants to get started.

I've signed up for some canning classes in the county. These tools will definitely come in handy for when I'm confident enough to try at home. I wouldn't call this "all-in-one" since I still need to buy the big canning pot with racks. I already have some jars but to me "all-in-one' means everything you need. It's obvious from the listing that those aren't included I just think the wording is incorrect. I like that these are stainless steel so rustproof. Label also says Bpa Free, heat resistant, easy to clean, dishwasher safe and easy to store. Maybe I'm being a stickler on their wording but the 2nd picture says the funnel is silicone and it is not soft or collapsible which will make it easier for the canning process but not easy to store or silicone. It just makes me wonder what else I shouldn't believe. It will come in handy once I learn how to use the different tools and am ready to start my canning journey.

Every summer I grow many kinds of vegetables and I usually have quite a surplus. I have been kicking the idea of canning around for the last couple of years, and when I saw this starter kit I jumped on it. I am surprised at how many tools came in the box. All the pieces appear to be good quality. I don't have anything to compare this set to but I am sure it will last a long time. This will be the year I start canning.

Seems like your standard starter kit for canning. Everything is rubber coated stainless steel or plastic making cleaning easy. I do wish the funnel and measuring spoons were stainless but I’ve also only ever canned jam, so perhaps there is a reason it is plastic. Overall good quality.

I am just getting started with canning, and priced at $20, this set was a no-brainer. The items included seem to be very well-made and I expect them to last a long time. Many seem very intuitive to use as well, so as a beginner, I am excited about that. Would recommend as a jumping off point for anyone interested in canning!

My old canning tools had gotten pretty beat up so I decided to order this set. Priced at $20, I was actually surprised when I received them at how nice they are. The rubberizing on the utensils is well done and the diameter of the metal tubing is good, not flimsy or cheap. The ladle is solid, although a bit shallow - I probably won't use the ladle for canning but just put it in my utensils drawer for "whenever". The measuring spoons are decent, but nothing to write home about and the ring that holds them together opens a bit too easily meaning they may wander from the ring. (On the positive side it is easy to remove a single spoon for individual use.) The funnel is a nice size - the lower opening easily fits into jar mouths and the top portion is large enough to be usable via carefully pouring or using a large ladle.Although I had a couple of nitpicks, overall I am very happy with this set. My main concern were the tools used for lifting and moving hot jars, and those are great. I have no idea what the "bubble popper" is used for, nor why it has stepped gradients marked in 1/4" increments. I must not be an advanced enough canner for that.Overall, 5 stars all the way. I feel like $20 is a bargain for the quality of these items.

Well made, durable materials. Very easy to use and understand. I'm a beginner to canning and this was perfect for me. Everything needed to can is included except the jars and pot. A def must for anyone starting out.

We’ve actually been canning for a while, but lacked a number of the tools in this kit. While looking only for a jar lifting tongs, we saw this kit and thought it offered more for less. It’s not going to blow you away with its quality, but everything in the kit is plenty good enough to do the job. This kit is a good value, whether you’re just getting started or want to add to your canning arsenal.
