I was excited to try this memory foam neck pillow for pain relief, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. While the foam itself is soft and seems to have decent quality, the pillow didn't provide the support I was looking for. It felt too firm initially and then too soft after a few uses, offering inconsistent support for my neck. I hoped for significant pain relief, but instead, I found myself adjusting the pillow frequently throughout the night.

The contour design and memory foam really do provide excellent neck support. The pillow is well-made and the materials feel high-quality. The ergonomic design supports my neck and shoulders, making it easier for me to get a restful night's sleep. I've found it comfortable for side and back sleeping. I also appreciate the cooling pillowcase; it's a nice touch that helps keep me comfortable throughout the night.My only minor complaint is that the pillow is a bit firmer than I expected. It took me a few nights to get used to it, and while it's not uncomfortable, it's firmer than what I'm accustomed to.

I was skeptical about this odd-looking pillow; I really was. Perhaps even more so when I opened the package. I slept on it that night and the relief was instantaneous. I awoke the next morning with absolutely no head, neck or shoulder pain, for the first time in many months. It worked! It appears to be well made and the fabric is of good quality. The areas designed for your arms or hands do a nice job of ensuring comfort and support. They feel cradled. I also like that I no longer need to fold an arthritic hand under my chin or face if I want to lay on my side or tilt my head. (That was another source of morning pain.) I am mostly a back sleeper, but one sweet advantage to this pillow is that if I choose to tilt my head to either side - or sleep on my side - there is *just the right amount* of raised cushioning to give your cheek support, which in turn prevents neck stress. I can only find one downside to this pillow, but I feel it's a necessary trade-off. It's not the cozy, fluffy, welcoming pillow you sink into at the end of the day; the type of pillow most of us are used to. It's a utilitarian pillow cleverly designed to maximize support and promote restful sleep. Waking up with no pillow-induced pain is worth it for me. I encourage anyone struggling to sleep well and wake up pain-free to give this pillow a try.

I like this pillow as I have neck and back issues. The makes it easy to find a comfortable position when you have a hard time falling asleep. The way it is structured makes it easy if you are a side or back sleeper. The reason I gave it a 4 star is because it took awhile to "break in". Great pillow otherwise.

I don't have neck pain, but surprisingly it stills conformable even if you're using it as a normal pillow.Been using it every night without issues or complaints.

I wound up flipping the pillow on the other side because the ergonomic design wasn't really comfortable for me. That said, the material is really comfortable and it stays cool throughout the night. I use this on top of another, thinner pillow, and it's extremely comfortable.

This is my favorite pillow. It doesn't feel too high, and I don't snore on it.
