About the Spindle
The spindle is an important part of cutting. The spindle and pulley work together to rotate the blade for a smooth cut. If any part of the spindle assembly is damaged, it may cause the blade to rotate unevenly or not at all. Then you need to replace that part or the entire spindle.

Came with all fasteners, which was important considering removing old bolts they were frozen and broke coming out. I would recommend ordering new pulley’s as well, old ones the fit was gone so had to order after the fact.

the replacement parts were of better quality than the factory parts, needed to replace one so I did both just to be sure and the new one even had grease fittings. What spins more than the mower blades. Mow's better than it did nice smooth cut I did replace the blades at the same time.

Worked great for my Husqvarna YTA18542. Bought the two pack ahead of time as I knew one was not sounding correctly. Sounded like the bearing was going on it. Installed the one with ease and had one as a spare. Glad I did buy the two pack as I ended up breaking the other one that came with the mower about a couple of months later. Save the money and buy the two pack and have a spare for later if you only need one

1. Has a greaseable bearings.2. Quick direct replacement.3. Came with all the necessary bolts, washers and nut.4. Casting is thinner at the mounting surface.5. Seem to be a bit noisier than the original.6. I mowed 4 hours and it seems to work perfectly.At the price I'll buy the same product again if I hit another molehill. *ha
