We love our new fireplace screen so much. It makes our fireplace look so much more aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It’s nice quality and sturdy. Color is a soft gold and not too yellow or gaudy. Perfect for a mid century modern vibe.

I’ve had this saved for months because I wasn’t sure I wanted to spend the money. Not that it was expensive, I just knew my fireplace technically still wasn’t prepared (still need to remove the built in screen). I thought this would sit nearby and be a constant reminder of yet another home improvement project. If anything, it covers the existing screen better than expected and may allow me to take my time renovating the fireplace! So now I’m glad I got caught up in the Prime Day frenzy and pulled the trigger.Quality is great. There’s no damage or defect. Assembly is simple stupid. It will take me longer to break down the packaging for recycling. It actually helps hide my neglected fireplace and improves the room overall.Also want to give props to my delivery driver. I read reviews where delivery may have caused damage. The day before, an Amazon driver threw a box on my porch and one of the bottles inside started leaking. In contrast, I watched the video of my fireplace screen delivery and the driver was so careful. They even took a moment to adjust where they placed the box after realizing it might block the storm door. I really wish I could thank them.100% happy with this purchase!!!

This screen replaces a similar version that had a permanent bug on it. That's what it looked like anyway, an insect. I was crushed because you might notice this particular pattern matches my drapes EXACTLY.I couldn't believe my luck when I found this one. It's much better in every way than the other version! It's a prettier shade of gold, it's sturdier, it's perfectly finished and bugless, and the legs have options. I love what the reviewer did who shortened the legs and turned them sideways. I thought about having hubs do that to ours because our hearth is annoyingly asymmetrical; the chimney protrudes further than the fireplace opening, making it difficult to avoid looking like we were drunk when we decided where to put the screen.Hubs was out of town when the screen arrived. I assembled it myself and managed to put the legs on backwards. Not by intention, I must confess, but it worked out rather well because it pushed the legs a bit further to the center, and I was able to place the screen further to the left of the opening than previous screens allowed. It actually looks pretty good, almost centered, and might not need anything else, but it's nice to know we have options, and they include extra leg caps in case we lose or want to exercise them! :)

I had a typical black fireplace screen and I’ve been looking for something nicer for a couple of years. This one is like a piece of art and makes a statement. The pros to this fireplace screen are that it’s well-made, heavy not flimsy, and the size is perfect for our large fireplace. However, as you see in the picture, I made an adjustment to the legs by making them shorter, the 3” gap on the bottom made me nervous. I cut 1.5” off of the legs and attached them on the screen sideways. The bottom gap is no longer an issue and the screen sits closer to the fireplace opening. With the legs attached as they are intended to be there is a good 2.5” gap on the sides and top also. I love how it fits and looks after a few minor changes. I highly recommend this screen.

I ordered this to prevent our robot vacuum from going into our fireplace (the settings dont always work as they should). The gap at the bottom might be too large for some vacuums if this is the reason why you are ordering, I'd suggest measuring. I have a midcentury home and this adds to the theme. It looks great and is quite sturdy. Easy to assemble and color is as pictured. I was worried it would be too gold but is more of a muted antique gold vs a yellow gold.

This has been a source of admiration by everyone who's been in our home recently, and as it's up for sale we've had open houses and others through by steady stream. It's so perfect, it's listed as "included" along with Fridge and Stove, etc., on every offer we've gotten (alas, 3 offers so far... all collapsed...but certainly not because of this fire screen). Told last couple we paid $800 for it and THEY BELIEVED IT!! Looks every bit that good, sturdy, clean lines, Mid-Centrury Modern appeal. We have a wood-burning fireplace in a 50-yr-old condo that home inspectors have been going nuts over, old, chimney needs cleaning, etc., etc, till we put this screen in place and changed the definition to "Decorative Fireplace" - now all is good!

I purchased this as part of my living room re-do. I love it. It's only for decorative purposes, so it's fine - it's a little wobbly, but I'm ok with it. The instructions say that it takes 2 people and up to 30 minutes to put together. I am not handy and it took me by myself maybe 5 minutes?It's a great look and I love it. SO happy with this!
