Packed well, looked great for what it was. However after taking off the back I still had trouble snapping on the pendulum due to extra plastic, and I pinched my finger installing the battery because the battery box is too tight. I had it ready to hang, the pendulum was swinging away, when I realized the clock wasn't working. I tried reinstalling the battery, etc., nothing worked. So disappointed!

It’s looked very nice but it’s very cheap it’s plastic I thought it’s gonna be wood for the price I paid so it’s look great if somebody wants to buy it u have to know it’s plastic

I have multiple clocks and this is my favorite. It doesn’t make any sound or whatsoever and pendulum is amazing. Installation can be tricky though, you really have to get the pendulum to stay and hear it click, then it’ll stay forever. If you are concerned about it being plastic don’t, it looks really nice and the brown color gives it a nice look.

Very pretty clock. Keeps good time. My only disappointment: the sound is not tick-tock. It's a strange (low sound) beep -beep that reminds me of a hospital heart monitor. I kept the clock, but try to ignore its beeping noise.

Beautiful clock. Had trouble putting pendulum on the hook. If instructions had said slip pendulum in hook then pull down I believe that would have helped. The clock is very pretty with the pendulum swinging back and forth. If I had known the quality I would have bought a more expensive clock. It is super quiet and the numbers are easy to read. The size is great for where I wanted to put it. I would buy from this company again.

Cute but poor imitation of an antique clock. It works which is good. One has to dismantle the box to use the quaint pendulum. Too much trouble.

It is a perfect little clock for its cheap little price. It is adorable, hangs just fine, and keeps time. The only odd glitch is that if I move it, the pendulum comes off and is awkward to re-attach as it's really cheap. But the clock is cheap. And once you get it on and leave the clock on the wall, it's just fine.
