You cannot go wrong with a clover amour hook. They glide through the wool and make it so much easier and faster to crochet. Much more comfortable than clover soft touch for me but people who use the pen hold get on well with the soft touch ones too. Not sure why the others are called soft touch when they are hard, but I definitely understand why these ones are called “amour!”We are all different so if you aren’t sure which is the right type for you, try one in your preferred size before investing in a set.

I love the Clover amour hooks. They are very light and so very easy to use for my projects. I have bought the set and I would recommend them to everyone who loves crochet. Also these hooks are great for those that have arthritis or suffer pain while crocheting for a lengthy amount of time. Great hooks!!!

Boy, do I wish I had discovered these crochet hooks sooner. They are easy on the hand/wrist, and they make nice uniform crochet stitches.

Not know if I wanted to get into crochet, I bought a cheap set and trudged through a few things. I kept hearing about how great Clover hooks were so I invested in a complete set, and I couldn't be happier. The metal hook is so smooth the yarn glides off and the handel is perfect for these almost 70yo hands. I especially liked the impression for the thumb.I make hats for charity and they work up so much faster with the Clover hooks. Just finished my 40th hat in 4 weeks.

This brand of crochet hook is now my absolute favourite. The way the hook glides through my yarn for my project gives me, “lovely feels.” When Amazon puts up the brand, Clover Amour Hooks in a sale for a pack of all sizes, I will be there!
