It's a little difficult to connect, but it does connect. The sound randomly drops out for a second while playing cds, about once every other song. Not sure if it's a read error or a connection issue. I think it's a little pricey for what it is but would be worth it if I want having this funny problem.

I tried a couple of the top rated portable CD players here and returned them. I bought an old used Sony Discman, but it didn't work out the best and skipped too much for my liking, however, it dominates in terms of sound quality. Really wish Sony would step back into the portable CD player game.I was hesitant to purchase this player based on reviews here, but glad I rolled the dice. I'm pumping it through a Harbinger V2312 2000W bluetooth speaker and it sounds pretty dang good. Good enough to play my favorite CD's and jam along with backing tracks for bass practice.I've had zero connection issues. A lot of the problems derive when you have the device setup on other devices. When I do, I turn bluetooth off except for the one I'm using at the time so I reccomend starting there if you have trouble.My only minor complaints are the function buttons are tough to see as we get older. A back-lit screen would also be nice. Bluetooth disconnects switching out CDs, but you won't have to worry if you make the switch within a few seconds.For the money, it's a deal. Back in the day, Discmans sold for around a $100 and inflation calculator shows that same money would be $200 in today's market.

Would not pair with 3 different phones and definitely not with my car which is why I bought it. Now it won't turn off. Don't waste your money. Not going to return just going to throw it away.

This is a good little cd player. It didn’t work well for the purpose I wanted, but for what it is it’s good. I had wanted something I could use with the aux in my car to listen to cd’s that I already have. It basically would cost less than downloading those albums to my phone. I know it works for some, but it did not for me.

Reading instructions were confusing whic frustrated me. Finally, my brother took a look at before I returned it. He figured it out and I’ve been using it. It works great once you get it to to connect to the blue tooth. Radio doesn’t work with Bluetooth. Has to be connected to the speaker.
