We got these COOLOMG padded compression shorts for my 13 year old soccer player. He wanted thigh protection but not bulky. He found these comfortable and they have nice thigh coverage. Not sure if he will use these with or without the cup but when he tried them with the cup he said it was not uncomfortable and the cup stayed in place. He is happy with these which h means he will wear them for games.We used the size chart to determine what size to order and the fit was perfect. This is a good product.

These are so nice, they fit well, and they work! My son has torn his hips up sliding while playing baseball, and while he rarely complains, I am not a huge fan of him ruining his skin (or his pants with blood), so these are really great as they keep him from getting hurt. The cup is a good size, and I prefer to soft kind, so that's great as well.My only note is they run a tiny bit big, but they are stretchy so it's not really an issue. I will get more of these in the future for sure!

These sliding shorts fit true to size for my 10 yr old who is on the smaller side. They are comfortable to wear and the padding helps protect their leg when sliding. The included cup is easy to insert and remove and although it says it is a soft cup, it felt pretty hard to me which I happy about. Better protection for our future generations.

My son was very happy with the shorts themselves. They fit well, provide some protection for sliding, and have the very important slot for a protective cup.He doesnt like the style or cup provided with these sliding shorts though. He prefers a hard plastic molded cup, with rubber edges so it doesnt move in the pocket. This cup is a softer fabric cup that does provide some protection, but can be pushed in as its not hard molded.Even if youre not using this cup, the pocket fits other brands of cups so that's no problem!

The COOLOMG Youth Boys Baseball Sliding Shorts are well built out of smooth fabric with padding in the sides. The soft cup still maintains protection without being too uncomfortable. The stitching is well done and it went through the wash without problem. We used the size chart and they fit just right.

I ordered these sports shorts for my 11-year-old son’s upcoming baseball season, and they’re perfect! He’s on the smaller side, so I went with a size small, and the fit is just right. The padding gives him confidence when sliding into base, and the built-in cup provides the protection he needs. Great quality, great fit—definitely a solid choice. I’ll be ordering more for him!

The underwear fits in the waistband along with the cup size. However, having a thin athletic kid, the legs on the underwear are a bit wide and have a floating leg effect. It's maybe 1/4" too wide (not all that much) and took a star for that. We dont have a problem like that with regular underwear. Otherwise, the padding in the underwear seems pretty good. Hope this helps
