I installed this AC for my office shed. It tempcontrols 400 sqft room pretty well. Performance is good for what I paid. It is compact in size and can barely hear any noise when it’s on.The warm setting works so well too.Installation was a challenge. I had to consult multiple electrician to get it installed since it needed higher voltage

My heat pump went out in my house, it was only 7 years old. I have 3 guys come out and give me estimates for the job. They were all between 10 to 13 grand for a 3.5 ton 14 seer Ruud,Payne, and a Trane heat pump.The 7 year old Trane that was in my house compressor went out and the odd thing was that it was a L.G. Scroll compressor that was in my heat pump that was broke. Trane lies like crazy, they have always lied , the Trane guy told me that there Cliamatuff compressors Trane makes are the best. I called him out on that and showed him the pictures that said L.G. that was in mine outside and asked him why he lied?He has nothing to say and I told him to leave. Spending 13 grand on a heat pump was a no for me they don't last anymore. So I bought two of these Costway 18,000 Btu mini splits and put one on each end of the house and had my duct work fan speeds increased to circulate the air and balance it out. It worked perfectly total cost for everything 2100 bucks for the heat pumps and parts I needed and I did the work myself only took about 8 hours. It was 9 degrees the other nite and the air that comes out of these is HOT HOT even at 9 F my old heat pump would be struggling at that temp and using the Aux heat and my bill would be NUTS. Even if I only get 4 or 5 years out of these it will still be much cheaper. Yes it might look tacky or what not but I still have my savings in my bank so I can live with that.

Cette unité chauffe très bien En hiver et refroidi En été ,Elle fonctionne peu de bruit, très bon service à la clientèle .Qualité prix très bon achats.. 12000 ou 18000 btu j’ai les 2 il fonctionne très bien ..

The inside unit arrived and the inside part of the unit has a 4 in crack in it. Not acceptable!!!!!
