The product was very good good quality however two of the bolts are the wrong size to fit the car but still well worth the money

This hitch works as intended on my 2010 Hyundai Accent sedan. I was able to install it inside of an evening. It was very difficult to get the threads started as the pre drilled mounting points don't line up perfectly and don't give you much play. Once it was bolted on it felt secure and sturdy. I took it for a test drive and had no issues. After a couple months of commuting, I noticed some play in the hitch and a couple of the bolts had backed out slightly. I've tightened them back down and will continue to watch. I will definitely make regular inspections when the hitch is under load.

This thing was welded so far off center by the time you add a bike carrier youre 2-3 inches from the center of the vehicle. I slotted the holes a full 3/8 of an inch more and this thing is STILL off center. High school kids could weld better than this.

This was the easiest hitch to install that I have done. It took me 20 minutes start to finish with basic hand tools. I am a professional mechanic but have limited tools at home, with help from my stepson to hold it up and start the bolts, it was a cinch.

Received the hitch on time. Installed it quite easily. Holes were drilled perfectly for my car. If I had an extra set of hands it would have only taken 10 minutes, as it was it took me 30 minutes with just basic hand tools.
