I had my mechanic install this hitch on my 2006 S2000 (AP2). AP2's are 2004 through 2009. AP1's are 1999 through 2003.My S2000 is OEM/stock (exhaust, suspension, etc). The hitch looks good on the car. It does not appear to ride too low or stick out too far. I'll edit my review with a photo, later. The hitch will be used for a bike rack from 1Up. The car doesn't have much clearance going up or down the driveway ramp between the sidewalk and the street so I was worried the hitch would drag on the ramp even when empty. The empty hitch does not drag (bottom out) when I enter or leave my driveway. The hitch has 3 mounting holes on each side. After installation, my mechanic told me that my 2006 S2000 only had two OEM holes on each side. My mechanic also does body work so he created the two missing holes. He had to unbolt and drop some of the exhaust piping in order to drill the two missing holes. He didn't charge me for the extra labor. If he would have called to ask me, I would have told him to just mount it with two bolts on each side since it is just carrying a bike rack, not towing anything. I subtracted one star since a "bolt on" hitch should not have required any modification to my car.The hitch has only been on the car for a few weeks. I have not noted any problems (new rattles, etc) since the hitch was installed. I had a Drawtite hitch on my Honda Odyssey and exhaust pipe on the Odyssey would occasionally rub on the hitch and make a noise.
