Oh great for the toolbox only thing missing was the rod connector. You have to buy it separate.

Aside from having to drill out the old rivots and buy a new rivot gun, this was a straight forward easy install (the sentence is for those who are surprised that you will need some tools to do the install...it comes with being DIY and will save you money).Also as a heads up, they do not include enough rivots...each lock has four holes and each of these only comes with half of what the number of holes require. Once again that is part of DIY.These work and fit great...will buy again if and when I need a new set.

Used the latch for a job box latch conversion, fit perfect and quality was excellent.Ended up using my own mounting hardware instead of the supplied rivets.
