Purchased this for a first "family computer" to help our kids learn how to use Windows OS, we are very happy with it. Compact, came with a keyboard and mouse and its plenty of computer for our needs.

I have had it for 6 mos and works great. I rated it 4 because the keyboard/mouse do not connect. I have this computer at work purchased at Best Buy and got it here with more RAM and cheaper. I didn't mind at the beginning that the keyboard/mouse were not connecting as I use an ergonomic one; however, my husband doesn't like the ergonomic keyboard and wants to use the Dell one. Three months after I purchased this computer I contacted Amazon, but they don't provide support. I have contacted the seller twice via customer support requesting a keyboard/mouse replacement and never got a reply, very disappointed. I will try now through the Asurion warranty that I purchased.

I had a 2017 model of the same computer by Dell. Using Microsoft's OneDrive made the conversion sooo easy! IT starts up immediately and connecting to the internet is just as fast. Screen is beautiful and responsive. Only issue was the first mouse they sent didn't work. I let them know and they sent a new keyboard/mouse set immediately. Could not be happier!

This all in one is great. It has everything I needed and has great features. The Webcam at the top goes up and down with a small press which is great for privacy. It is also a touch screen which is nice for certain apps. I chose to use a keyboard that matches my office but the one it comes with is really nice as well. It is a fast processor and the monitor is large and is great when having multiple windows open and there are many configurations available when using multiple windows.

Easy to setup everything ready to go. Just wish to mouse and keyboard were rechargeable. Other than that a good buy in my book's.

I'm using this PC for home purposes no small business. I'm running, Memory: 32 GB,Processor: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core (TM)i7-1355U [Cores 10] [Logical processors 12Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 Propretty nice so I thought. It is running very slow, sluggish, and locking up when attempting to open Note of all things. I would not recommend this Dell, All-In-One.
