The assembly will be 3-5 hours but worth the results. This is a solid machine that will add to your choices to build shoulders.

It was easy to assemble, and it is stable, space saving and the exercises are easy to execute. A good purchase it's one of my most used machines

This machine is just what I've been looking for. I had been using dumbbells for shoulder presses for years but found it hard to lift both arms evenly with a heavier load. This machine solved the problem and now my lifts are clean and even. The lateral raise component also works well.It seems to be well built and sturdy. The assembly instructions are pretty easy to follow. It took me about two hours to put together and as my wife will tell you from some of my home improvement disasters, I'm not handy.

First I would like to say this machine was delivered earlier then expected and was packaged very well. To about 2 hours to put together. I really love how Syedee numbers all the parts to help with assembly. I would definitely recommend this machine. Syedee hasn't let me down once so far. Machine is smooth and very sturdy. I only have on con: the Olympic plate sleeves that came with my machine would be when I put weight plates on. I ended up purchasing sleeves separately and fixed that problem. I hope in the future they send out better sleeves. Hope this helps anyone looking to buy this machine.

The shoulder press portion is good but the fly portion does not adjust enough to really allow the exercise to work.

Absolutely love this machine. I lift very heavy and it holds up very well. I am 6ft 235 commercial quality. I’ve built my entire basement in both sides with these machines for different muscle groups.
