I had a large event at church smoking 100 pounds of pork butts. I ordered it on on Wednesday it arrived Friday and I was cooking on Saturday. I had everything happen to me, it rained and the thermometer got wet, my hands were greasy and the thermometer was greasy, it was dropped numerous times and with everything said it never missed a bear. I am very impressed and happy I bought it. Now it is clean and magnetized to my refrigerator.

Great product. Light up works great for viewing the temp. C/F button for if you live in a Celsius area. Great thermometer.

I used it once for Thanksgiving and now it doesn't work I'm 11 days past the return date Y'all suck and you should be give me a new one

An inexpensive meat thermometer that I use a few times a month and it has worked great.

Surprised it works so well given the price, but I’ll take it regardless.Seems to be pretty accurate overall, with some minor fluctuations when you get to super high temps.As long as you don’t submerse it in water, it’ll be fine.Simple to use and not hard to clean at all

This is my first food thermometer so I didn’t know what to expect.The directions do not indicate how to begin using the thermometer for the first time. Some mistakes I made:I tried to install the battery that was included in the plastic pouch and the lid would not close. Finally realized there was a battery already installed and the pouched battery was an extra.The thermometer would not turn on even after trying both separate batteries. I was ready to give up and buy another battery. Finally tried opening the probe and then turned it on. That was it. There is a diagram on the back of the thermometer that shows on/off but I didn’t know what that indicated.There is a marking on the back of thermometer that indicates “magnet”. I had no idea what this was for until I read an Amazon review that indicated it is for affixing to a metal surface for easy storage.After finally figuring out how to turn it on, I think I’ll really like this handy gadget.
