Simple to intall.
1.Place plastic washer over shaft.
2.Insert shaft through clock face.
3.Place dial plate brass washer over shaft.
4.Attach dail fixing brass hex nut.
5.Gently press hour hand onto shaft at 12:00 postion.
6.Place minute hand over shaft at 12:00 postion.
7.Place second hand over shaft at 12:00 postion.
Note：Please do not use too much pressure to avoid bending and hands must be parallel.

The minute hand is not easy to install. Takes quite a bit of presssure to attach and nervous i was going to break it. Once installed it works well.

This clock mechanism was installed with new alkaline battery and worked for 4 hours, then stopped. I tried gently persuading the second hand, and it worked only for about 5 to 10 seconds. I tested the battery with a tester and it was fully charged. Tried another new battery, but it still stopped after 5 to 10 seconds. Item was definitely defective, and it's not worth my time to return it. I will purchase and try another mechanism from somewhere else.

Belle taille d'aiguilles , la tige est longue..seul hic , pas d'instructions ,donc j'ai mis une des rondelles à la mauvaise séquence et il est pend mais unes fois les aiguilles placées ,elles ne s'enlevent plus
