Good for what it is. Using it for 35lb aqua bag. It didn't or doesn't come with a swivel, although it is pictured on Amazon images and the box. Oh well...

This unit came with all the carabiners and a swivel to make installation easy and works flawlessly. Also easy to move outside when the weather is nice!

It’s “highest setting” aka getting it as close to the ceiling as possible is 11” away… just be aware if you’re trying to hang it closer than that. Otherwise works well

Buckle slid when I hung my Everlast water punching bag. Otherwise very good quality. Hung a smaller bag and works great.
