Jazzmaster a seem to be finicky about compatibility, so I'm not surprised I needed to shave about 1-2 mm off the pick guard around the neck for it to fit. Besides that really good, came clean

I'm pretty impressed. The colour is a lttle more red than brown but I'm okay with that.The holes all lined up, except for the two bridge post holes that needed to be extended on the bridge side of the holes. The pickups are a tight fit but I did not need to enlarge the PU holes. I'm happy; it was a little bit of work but the savings was significant over an original.

Everything almost fit perfectly besides the bridge holes needing to be a bit bigger. Great fit otherwise!

I bought this pick guard for my Squier Classic Vibe JazzmasterWhen I received it I just did the switches of the parts meaning the pots and output jack and etc. The only problem I ran into was the pickup wheels and I was scared that I needed to sand the body but once Inspected it a bit more I noticed that I just needed to move the wheels a bit toward which was super easy to do with the Alan wrench.Another problem I had was the placement of the wholes for the bridgeI used a Christmas tree bit to make the whole bigger. I made the whole a bit bigger than it needed it to be but wasn’t too worried because the bridge was gonna cover it either wayAfter that it fit in perfectly with no other issues and looks great :)

I'm super happy with this guard. It's not the highest quality fit, in that if you look closely you can see some of the rounded edges have very slight angular facets instead of perfectly smooth and round. I don't require that level of perfection, and it's not noticeable at all unless you're really looking for it. Also... For this price you can't complain. The celluloid material is very good quality, and is not a print. It does not easily scratch, although I was confused at first by TWO layers of protective plastic on the guard - I thought it was scratching and dull looking until I realized there was another layer of sticky plastic wrap. The red tortoise color is very nice, I love the look on my Squier Jazzmaster.

I really did not expect this product to be very good, I ordered it on a whim just to check it out for my Fender Squier J. Mascis Jazzmaster upgrade project. Turns out, it is very high quality, looks great and the holes matched very nicely to the J. Mascis. There was only one hole just a little off, but I was able to finesse the screw so it fits just right. I had to open up the control shaft holes very slightly with a round file, literally 4 of 5 strokes. The back was only shielded down over the volume, tone, output jack area. I went ahead and lined the entire back with copper shield tape. I'd easily pay a couple of bucks more to have it shielded completely. I almost bit on a customer pickguard a guy sells on Reverb for $75, I am sure it is nice, but this one is more than good enough, and I am very picky!

Great fit for Squier J Mascis Jazzmaster, only thing is it is tight around the roller knobs on the upper rhythm circuit but I prefer it personally .
