I bought this instead of drilling holes in the deck on my boat to clamp the trolling motor arm while under way. It has performed better than expected for the task even in 4 foot storm seas. I know that is not the intended purpose but it has held up well in the saltwater environment

The clamp is made of pretty good quality but it is really short. Waste of money on my end. Just thought I'd let people know how short it is. Almost looks like a toy!

Got me 2 of these. Mounting my a6400 and a7iii no issues . It opens pretty far and the stability holds up even when mounting 2 and holding an extended stick for my insta360x4 on my motorcycle. So many options and sturdy. Best clamps I bought so far. Gonna grab more for other options like overhead camera etc.
