This universal tool stand with wheels is quality built! Easy to assemble and has a nice size work area. The wheels makes it easy to move around and stays in place when the wheel latch is flipped up. Very heavy duty and would hold a good bit of weight securely. Great value for the money, I recommend it.

A very good stand for a scroll saw. It's similar to one I have for my Milwaukee portable metal bandsaw as well.

When I picked up this tool stand, I did so expecting it just to be rolling storage if needed. This stand is so much more. The base is a high quality MDF that you can mount your tool to, which is nice when you pull up the wheels and need a sturdy base to grind or cut against.

Drill Press Stand, Universal Tool Stand with Wheels, Tool Stands for Band Saw, Sander, Woodworking Planer, Power Tool Stands 700 lbs Load Capacity, Sturdy 26'' x 14'' x 30'' Planer Stand with CastersI’m conflicted about this stand. The materials themselves are very high quality for the most part, aside from the top which I think is MDF. However, there are two glaring issues:The assembly and instructions are very bad. The way the instructions are formatted on the page, you can’t really tell which diagram goes to which set of written instructions. In addition, they use non-standard terminology for some tools (e.g., hexagonal wrench as opposed to Allen wrench). In addition, they tell you to install all bolts and nuts loosely, which is smart, but when you go back and have to tighten them at the end, unless you’re using a ratchet set, you’ll have to remove eight of them anyway just to have BARELY enough space to tighten the remaining ones. There are two major design flaws. The way the bolts are aligned on the arms of the stand, it’s impossible to put the nuts on using an “open headed wrench”, like the instructions prescribe. If you don’t have a ratchet set, you are going to spend an hour assembling something that should take 15 minutes. And you’re going to be angry while you do it. In addition, the flippers on the casters for raising and lowering the stand onto its foot pads, while a really great idea, don’t work well and constantly flip down by themselves. In addition, the casters, while solid, are not perfect. Two of the four don’t swivel properly, and none of these are locking casters where they SHOULDN’T swivel...all of them are supposed to. I really want to give this five stars, but for the above reasons I just can’t.

This is A very sturdy and heavy built tool stand. After assembling the stand, I quickly realized this can hold A bunch of weight. Caster wheels allow moving heavy loads on solid flooring easy. I do wish it had A shelf below the top board for extra storage. Beautiful red color looks good in the garage.

I got this for my husband's Workshop space in the garage. He always has a few different projects going and I thought it would be nice for him to have an extra table to store some of it on LOL. This came very well packed and secured with all the correct pieces and parts. The directions were easy to follow and me and him were able to get this fully assembled fairly quickly. It was pretty simple as long as you follow the instructions. It's a bit tedious like any assembly but not too bad. Once it's fully assembled it's very sturdy. You can lock the wheels or unlock them to roll this around easily. This is definitely very sturdy and can hold a ton of weight. The wheels are well aligned so it doesn't roll in an awkward way it's very smooth and everything is just as it should be. Definitely as described in the ad. Super nice and worth every penny in our opinion. Great quality bench and definitely true to the ad! Solid 10 out of 10 great quality product

I’m surely not the best person to assemble most products, but after some frustrating moments trying to decipher the vague instructions, I was able to construct the VIGO POWER Benchtop by referring mostly to the images. Upon assembly, the metal construction appeared sturdy and balanced and was ideal for my crafting and woodwork needs – had sufficient space for crafting on the smooth and level surface’s top. The easy mobility (caster wheels) was a plus and I think this benchtop has longevity qualities.

For now, it’s five stars because I assembled it and then played with it, and I think it’s easy enough to flip up the locking “flippers” with a foot and then be able to roll it around. Put the flippers back down when it’s where you want it, and then it doesn’t budge on its rubber feet. It may get knocked down a star if the husband has serious problems once it’s up in the barn with its table saw on it, its intended purpose.Assembly was a bit of a pain in the butt, and your own tools are required. There are a whole lot of bolts. They say you need a 12mm open headed wrench and a 3mm and a 5mm hexagonal wrench. Hexagonal wrench is what we’d call an Allen wrench, and I did better with the closed end of the 12mm wrench because it was difficult to get to the nuts that were in the interior corners, with very little clearance. The pictures of the assembled product helped me way more than the printed assembly instructions: parts weren’t labeled. But they were all there, with ZERO SPARES. Don’t drop any bolts or nuts— you need them all.Now that it’s assembled, it’s sturdy and feels and looks good. I haven’t had a problem with the flipper thing, but of course it’s new, so that may get better or worse over time. I will update if anything goes awry. For now, I’m pleased and my husband just isn’t sure yet.
