I have my pc workstation in a space under my desk. The cables behind and in front makes it poke out preventing a cabinet door from closing. It looked sloppy and the door had to be ajar or opened (170). This and the 90 degree usb adapters solved the problem. It only took me ten years to think of searching for a product like this. Don’t wait 10 years.

When I bought a new video card I had to swap cables going to one of my old monitors. However, the DVI plug on the new cable was too long - it was in the way of the mount, so my monitor ended up dangling precipitously, sometimes balancing one way or the other, and not staying straight. Not good.My cable is DVI-I (has both digital and analog connectors) and this adapter's male connector is DVI-D, which means the analog signal is not transferred. I found out that this was perfectly fine, though - almost every monitor produced in over a decade only uses the digital part, so the analog signal isn't really needed.This adapter is plenty short enough at the bend to avoid conflicting with my mount and my monitor is once again secured to its base properly.This product worked, and is working, perfectly. Thank you!

I had a home office, wall desk customer built but when installing the flat monitor realized the cables would seat better if the connector was at a 90-degree angle to allow a more flush mount. This converter perfectly fit and resolved my requirement.

I purchased this adapter so I could move my PC closer to the wall. Unfortunately the slot for the video card in my PC is close to the bottom of the case so I just traded a front-to-back clearance problem for a top-to-bottom problem.Rating 5 stars as this isn't the fault of the product.

Only reason I got this was because the VESA adapter I got for my monitor blocked the DVI port. I’ve been using this for about a week and it seems to be holding up just fine. If you need an adapter like this then I would suggest just getting this one.

Worked perfectly. I had an issue with a mounting bracket getting in the way of my video cable connection. This adapter did the trick.
