Bought this based on a recommendation on an Intex Pump review. This made attaching the Intex Pump to my Coleman 18ft round pool easy and trouble free. It's a nice upgrade from the original piece because you can shut the water off at the valve as opposed to sticking plugs in the water ports. Simple to install. Easy to use. Would definitely buy again.

Useless..leaks everywhere despite multiple attempts. Washers don't fit properly and roll up when trying to connect. Turning water flow on and off does not work 100% . Completely useless and waste of money

The valve is nice for any leaks that may occur after the shutoff. Super helpful. its well built, no leaks. I would buy again.

This valve went on so easily. I wish that I would have gotten this sooner. This makes it so easy to change the filter by turning the valve closed.

I ordered this part to make changing the filter on my 16x48 pool easier since it this piece has a shut off. It was easy to switch out from the old one, the seals do not leak and fit the hoses. The plastic is thick and much more durable than the one that came with my pool. This was a cheap way to make my life a little easier.

The product arrived quickly. It was purchased to replace the T splitter that came with the pool. I'n order to use the vacuum we bought for the pool i would have to remove the skimmer we purchased and then cap it off from the inside. After which i would have to get the line for the vacuum, try to attach it to the suction line while water gushed out. Then go through the reverse to reinstall the skimmer. It's supposed to be an intex match but the threads to the larger hose are smaller than the collar so it doesn't seal tightly. Also the top of the valve allows air to get into the lines that go to the filter. Other than that it does what it says. In the end it is an inexpensive fix for a very cumbersome problem.

It's perfect. Exactly what you need if you have a basket on the front of your pool pump. No leaks worked properly 48ght out of the box. Can't say it enough...get this one. Get 2
