Definitely do your research as this is the best. Good thick plastic and easy to put together and has a couple of extra parts as well. Definitely worth it

We have 2 DeWalt weedeaters and both heads wore out just a few months after purchase, this cap is a replacement but due to the thinness of the cap plastic is broke just a few weeks after purchase.

If you have certain models of dewalt string trimmer, you know this is the bit that wears out. It is difficult to find the whole trimmer head and costs in excess of 40 dollars and you have to wait, or order. Just get this! This is the part that wears out, excellent price! Pops right on and away you go! Thing is perfect. Don't get ripped off buying the whole trimmer head if just this bit is worn out, it works perfectly!

This replacement trimmer head cap for my DeWALT 20v max XR weed eater fits like the one that came with it , in fact upon further inspection looking on the inside with the original beside it , it looks like they use the same plastic mold to make it 👍🏻
