We recently started processing meat ourselves on our homestead and got this as a tester to maybe getting something bigger. This works fantastic for our present needs. The sausage tube is a little wonky and took some trial and error but we did eventually figure it out. The upkeep and cleanout is easy to maintain as well. Great for small scale processing. Especially for the price.

This meat grinder is solidly built, professional grade. Its quality is quite advanced for home use, but having it at home feels amazing. I can produce ground meat with my desired fat ratio. By using the different attachments, it’s also possible to grind other meat products. The electric motor is powerful, and cleaning it isn’t overly complicated.

This meat grinder is heavy-duty and handles tough jobs with ease. The included attachments make sausage stuffing and kibbe preparation simple. It’s easy to assemble and clean, with a sleek design that fits well in the kitchen. A great option for home cooks and meat enthusiasts.

Case is plastic but meat grinder is metal. The grinder blade doesn't fit properly causing the blade to rub against the extruder, resulting in shaved metal and an extremely hot blade. I am concerned I would have metal flakes in the meat, so I am afraid to actually use it. It is also very hard to assemble, parts don't fit together well.

I used this to grind a bunch of meat for burgers and they all came out perfect. I was even able to double grind the meat. I strongly recommend keeping everything in the freezer about an hour before using!

5 month update: Still going strong; I still make about 5 pounds of sausage about every 2 weeks and haven't had any issues.I have never owned a meat grinder before, no had any experience with one in the past, so I don't have a wealth of experience to lean on for this review. That said, I have now used it twice to make breakfast sausage, and it has worked great so far.I would say it isn't without issues. The manual is TERRIBLE. For example, there are 2 different size dies, and 2 blades, but it's not at all clear if the blade is matched to the die, or if they are interchangeable? The blade can be installed backwards. The picture illustrating the difference between correct and incorrect is unreadable and useless. Does it matter which way the die goes in? Which way is front? I can't tell, so I hope it doesn't matter. As you can see from the picture, the die doesn't seat fully in the chamber. It's kind of loud when running, like difficult to have a conversation loud, and the motor does seem to get a bit bogged down at times. I would get an assortment of bottle brushes for cleaning - this is hand wash only as the dishwasher will corrode it.But so far, it has made pretty fast work of 2 Boston butts, and the sausage tastes great.

I finally had the opportunity to use the meat grinder.Of course, I washed all the pieces in hot soapy water before using them because some of themhad lubrication and factory oil on them. There are illustrations on the head tube showing you the correct position for the blade.Included are an instruction manual, 3 cutting plates, 2 cutting blades, along with a food pusher and sausage tubes. There are some great tips and video tutorials that you can find online for sausage making.I decided that I was going to make some ground beef. It pained me to do so but I used some beautifulstrip steaks and added a little pork fat for juicyness.I cut the meat into 1-inch cubes, seasoned it, then placed it in the freezer for 10 minutes.I attached the medium cutting plate and began to grind the meat. The machine is pretty loud when youturn it on but it did a great job grinding the meat as you can see in my pics.I made sure to clean everything as thoroughly as possible with hot soapy water using a bottle brush. They include a cleaning brush with the kit but it's kind of flimsy. The one thing I wish they had included was a storage bag for the parts and accessories.I'm making burgers on the grill and they better be the best burgers I've ever had. My poor steaks!
