Bought these b/c of their long shank which allowed me to gain better alignment access to driveshaft mounting torx bolts. I through the dice to use them wondering if the steel would just twist and not loosen the torx bolts. Fitment of torx socket heads to bolts was very tight and as was found the steel quality was of sufficient quality to loosen all bolts without the need for heat or drilling for more complicated removal procedures.

I needed a long t40 bit to remove my front drive line. This set had one, and the price was not much more for the set than I paid for a single shorter bit that wouldn’t work. I had to crank on it fairly hard with the ratchet and I was hoping that it wouldn’t break. It held up great and got the job done. Now I have all of the rest for other projects!
