We were intended to use it in Iceland, and I also bought a 1G voice/sms local eSIM upon arrival. I have 2 iPhones and another spare android phone. That said, this data SIM card was fine initializing and we used it as navigating GPS and hot spot, unfortunately after we drove from the airport to Reykjavik downtown, this stop working. Of course, I was panic and start looking for local replacement. After spending 2 hours asking around every where (including markets, gas stations, info center and convenience stores) and wasting over $15 on street parking, I finally found a local Nova SIM card costing $36 for 10G with voice/data. I recalled the same SIM card was costing $20 at the airport.BTW, I also check this Dataroam SIM card when I was in the hotel with all my phones and none was connected. It's dead for sure!!!The point is -- Don't waste your money and time, buy SIM card or eSIM from local at the arriving airport.

It worked well, activation was easy and I didn't have to do any adjustment. That SIM card was helpful in the Netherlands, Belgium, UK and Italy.

I've used this product twice, and it works well. I also used Cellhire years ago when they sold reloadable sims. My most recent purchase was made on Feb. 21, 2024. The card had an expiration date of March 24. As it turned out, this worked out fine for my trip, but I frequently buy sim cards well in advance. I once purchased a competing product and let it sit in a drawer for two years before using it and it worked fine. It just seems to me that having a card that expires one month after being sent out is way too soon. Were it not for this issue I would have given five stars.

Everything worked worked at my travel destinations. I bought this for Iceland. First off, the images on Amazon were sometimes inaccurate. Some showed eSIM. It's not an eSIM. Popped out my sim at Frankfurt and popped this one in and it immediately connected to Vodafone eSmartSim or something like that and worked fine and was able to Hotspot a secondary user. Same thing for Iceland where it connected to a network named Nova. I'm going to get this again for Italy.

I purchased this card in mid February for a trip commencing in March. When the card arrived I noticed the expiration date was in early March, weeks before our trip started. I contacted customer service and expressed my disappointmemt and concern. Mr. Henry (VP of Operations at Cellhire) was in contact with me the next day and explained that the packaging expiration date was for internal security to prevent missuse of the network. He verified my card and confirmed it would be operational on arrival in Europe. I installed the card in my Samsung S21 5G FE while enroute using the instructions provided and verified the phone's settings. Upon arrival in Amsterdam I powered up and was connected to the network in about 2 minutes. I used the phone throughout the Netherlands, France, Germany and Switzerland with most connectivity at 4G-5G....even in fairly remote areas. This sim card was a great value. I would buy it again and highly recommend.

I use Apple iPhone 8 Plus. This mobile phone card is from the French company Orange.I have recently been to Switzerland, Germany, France, the Czech Republic, Austria and Hungary in Europe where this data card will work very well. These include using Google Maps to navigate from Zurich to Neuschwanstein Castle in Germany. However, you need to manually set the provider, and only if you find the right one can you get the 4G signal. And every time you cross the border, you have to manually reset it.I replaced the Data card when changing planes at the Irish airport, and received the sign immediately. However, it didn't work. I manually reset it and received sign that I was satisfied with. After testing the speed, it can reach 30 to 40Mbps.Small towns in Germany, Austria, and Hungary cannot receive 4G signals. Also you can't check how much data is used.

I have Cricket Wireless and I use a second generation iPhone SE. This card worked really well for data for the two weeks. I was in France and England. As soon as I got to the airport at Heathrow, I pulled out this SIM card pack and sat down at an empty table to swap out my Sim card. When you do this, just make sure that you keep track of your old Sim card as you will need to swap it back when you get back to United States.I bought a 20 gig card. It stopped working after I had reached 10. I sent an email to the company, and I got a reply within a few minutes and I had the problem solved in about 10 minutes. There was a problem and the card had only been requisition for 10 instead of 20 but this was solved easily. So if this is an issue with what you bought, just send them an email and they can solve it quickly.I was gone a little longer than two weeks. I used Google maps heavily as well as a Pandora type app for music (tidal). The carrier in France did not allow for hotspot usage, but when I was in England, the hotspot worked well. I would say I used a lot of data and used every bit of the 20 gigs that I bought. This was a data card. Only, it did not help with text messages or voice calls using my regular phone. You can use WhatsApp just fine.As an aside, I did not know about Wireless , calling. In the United States, we have total Wireless and Cricket as our service carriers. Once in Europe, as long as we had a good Wi-Fi signal, our phone and text messaging worked just as it would in the United States. However, with this data card installed in my phone, this option would not work. The few times I needed to make calls to the United States or tech check my text messages, I would just have to swap out my old Sim card and put this new data card back in when I was done. Just check under your mobile settings to make sure that wireless calling is turned on. At least that’s the deal with my iPhone. There were only a few remote places where I could not get data coverage.Overall, very impressed with this product and will purchase another one for the next trip.

I bought 2 of these for a cruise tour in the Baltics. Inserted in an Android phone (HUAWEI P30) after landing in Copenhagen airport, within 1 minute it's connect to 4G cell network; inserted the other in my son's iPhone 12 but couldn't get any connection (No Service) for the next 15 minutes, tried reboot the phone, remove and reinsert but didn't work. So I moved the already activated SIM card from the P30 to the iPhone, this time it connects instantly. Put the other card in the P30 and it works too. So if you have trouble with iPhone, try an Android first. For all the countries we visited on this tour, the cards work like a charm: Denmark, Germany, Poland, Finland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia and Sweden.

It worked well in Spain once I got a signal (specifically, in Barcelona). It was tricky to get a signal; I had to set it up using the direction that it gave if the user were in France to get a signal in Spain.I had a signal in France, Italy, Austria, and Germany on a sunny day.No signal on a cloudy or rainy day.I also had absolutely no signal the second time I re-entered Spain (within the expiry date of the sim card, which was 20 days since the first time I used the same sim card in Spain). My husband's sim card was much more reliable, so we were able to navigate (we drove across several different countries) without a hiccup.I would not recommend this sim card especially if you need to rely on it to navigate.

I had no trouble installing or getting it to work in Greece, croatia, or italy. I did have to restart my phone when installed, but otherwise nothing else needed for it to work. It was amazing! So glad I got this to have data access while visiting other countries. 10/10 recommend and will buy again for my next trip.
