The book is exactly as advertised. There are eight patterns; the directions are clear and easy to understand and there are pictures and graphs to make it easier.

Love to quilt and this fast and easy booklet makes it possible. With a minimum amount of fabric I can have a beautiful lap quilt in a weekend.

These 3 yard quilt patterns are genius! You can use any 3 yards of fabric to make a nice sized lap quilt (46" x 60") and the books also contain instructions to increase to a twin or a queen/king size if you want. Everything is laid out simple and easy, and the method they've developed to "strip piece" quilts instead of sewing individual blocks is ingenious! I made a quilt top in 3 days and I'm a beginner at quilting. Highly recommend these books, and you can also find Fabric Cafe on YouTube with instructional videos. It's a small business and the owners are so nice!
