Bought this because of Farberware good reputation. However, very disappointed to find added oil went to the side like a cheap skillet. None of my other Farberware skillets do this.

I purchased the 12.25" round skillet. Great size for family. Lightweight yet sturdy. Heats fast, cooks evenly. Let's see how it holds up. Using on induction, works very well. Wish it came with a lid.

Surprised me, but this griddle cooks hotter than I would expect. The handle gets very hot, too. I find that even using LOW on my gas stove top can easily burn or over heat what I m cooking faster than expected.

Everyone makes mistakes...parents, children, presidents, and companies...the only thing the little people like us want is our money not being thrown out...unfortunately the product did not live up to the Farberware reputation and a few simple emails and a few photos of the product and without needing to jump through hoops, they replaced the product. Hopefully we can once again grill burgers and vegetables on our pan once again. Thank You for taking care of your customers!

We've been using an 8.25", 10" and a larger ceramic pan many times over now. We love them. They fry well and clean up even better. We do only use non-scratching soft plastic utensils with them. Couldn't be happier over our old scratched up Teflon pans we threw away.
