Use threesleeves per splice for wire, two sleeves for end post loops and in-linerstrainer attachment. Always crimp starting from one end and ensure each crimpoverlaps the last, leaving no shoulder. It creates a joint that exceeds thebreaking strength of the wire.
- The crimping sleeve #1-2 is compatible with 14.5 and 15.5 gauge wire. 250 crimp sleeves come per pack.
- The crimping sleeve #2-3 is compatible with 12.5 gauge wire. 100 crimp sleeves come per pack.
- The crimping sleeve #2-3 Long Version is compatible with 12.5 gauge wire. 100 crimp sleeves come per pack.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. I've used them down to 14ga wire on high tensile fence (size 2-3) and they're holding great so far.

I use these for crimping high tensil steel electric fence lines. The extra grit supposedly helps. Not sure about that as every time i use one the grit basically gets pushed out. They work though. Never had a failure. Cheaper than buying them at the local TSC as well.
