Worked well at first but after a couple weeks it just stopped recognizing fingerprints and we reset it several times. Too much of a hassle now to use it anymore. As a lock without the features, it's sturdy and easy to open when it recognizes you.

Half time registration of 2 different fingers. Hit and miss so it gets a little frustrating. Clean your fingers dry of oil before use and it helps

Do not waste your time with this piece of detritus. It opens with the touch of any part of your body. It opened with all 10 of my fingers and all 10 of my toes, my elbows, my knees, my knuckles, you name it and it popped right open. And yes I followed the directions - I hold a Master of Science degree…it appears anything that produces the same level of micro voltage as a fingerprint will open it. It’s going back today. Looks pretty, works like [insert your choice of scatologic reference].

I recently purchased the Newisdomake Fingerprint Padlock, which includes a backup key and is waterproof, making it ideal for lockers, gym bags, luggage, and bicycles (in gray). Initially, I faced some challenges using it, but after getting the hang of it, it became my preferred lock for the gym and my husband's bike, although he still needs to get his own. I chose this lock to avoid the hassle of carrying a key, which often gets lost while I'm at the pool or using gym equipment. The fingerprint feature provides quick and easy access, so I don't have to search through my bag for a key. There is also an electronic key option for times when the lock requires a recharge; however, I haven't had any battery issues and I simply recharge it weekly. Security is a major factor since it can't be reset without the electronic key. This lock is robust and durable, and I'm so satisfied with it that I plan to buy another for myself. It definitely warrants a five-star rating!

My new 6th grader was constantly late to class trying to maneuver a new locker and lock system. This has helped tremendously.
