This is a great fitness journal if you're very into fitness and all the technicalities of it. If you're an amateur fitness pursuer it might be a bit too complicated for keeping track of things. I imagine the best person to use this would be someone who likes to dedicatedly track their workouts, routines, and how many repetitions of their weights they're lifting.For someone like me, who just wants to mark and make a few notes that I actually worked out, it was more than I needed.

I have been using this for a month or so now and also working with a nutritionist to try and improve my eating habits. This is a well put together journal and has helped me tremendously in tracking and organizing my meals, goals and accomplishments. I'm able to easily flip through the pages to report my progress and I keep it in my kitchen to remind me to use it every day. I think this is a great tool for all kinds of different wellness needs, it even tracks water intake and meds too. I got the 6 month version and I'm very happy with it.

Awesome little book for meal planning & nutrition tracking. The book is high quality and I love that it comes with a pen.

This notebook is great. All the sections are clearly labeled, and they even provided an example section to show you how to fill out the notebook. The pen that came with it is good enough, but I would prefer a better quality pen. The paper is thick enough to handle ballpoint pens, but I would not use fountain pens. I would recommend it if you love keeping track of your daily nutrition.

As a fitness enthusiast I’m always looking for better ways to track my exercises. Up to this point the most efficient way to do this was to spreadsheet my routines, to print that out and to record my results using a clipboard. I thought a professional journal would be more compact and it would provide me with an outline to better organize my workouts. Unfortunately, I found this journal way too inflexible to accommodate the way I organize my routines. Basically, in addition to providing a few pages to record measurements and goals, the journal provides a page for each day of exercise. Each page contains spaces for the exercise name, and then columns for up to 5 sets of that particular exercise. At the bottom of each page, there are a couple row to track cardio exercises. Each box in the set column has a space for weight and reps. This is OK, if all I’m doing is lifting weights in addition to a couple cardio exercises. Unfortunately, I tend to intersperse my weight exercises with core and stretch exercises and some of the weight bearing exercises tends to push into cardio territory which I want to track in detail. There just isn’t enough space on each page for me to record all the parameters of interest in addition to weight and reps. The end result is a bit of a mess on the page. If you are mostly interested in tracking your gains in heavy lifting this could be the journal for you. For me, the journal just didn’t work out.

Within two weeks of using this book- the pages began falling out, the pen holder and page marked ripped out, and the pen spring became stuck. Look for other options

The fitness journal I've been using has truly transformed my workout routine and overall wellness journey.
