These fixtures are not flush mount, you will need to cut an oblong hole in order for them to mount flush, and they don't come with any sort of template for the hole. They also don't seem to know much about the product they sell. They told me they were not dimmable, but in reality, they are dimmable as long as you wire them correctly. I didn't ground the lights individually, I ran both wires directly to the appropriate wires on a dimmer switch, which had its own ground. They dim just fine and have no flickering.

Product description needs to inform user that an opening is required for flush mounting the light. A template is included.

Had previously purchased two lights. Was very pleased with their brightness, therefore, bought another to replace a Perko interior light. Remains to be seen as to how they hold up in a boat used for salt water fishing.

Bought these as deck lights for my boat. It's a 16 foot springbok with a casting deck I built in the back and I placed these lights facing outwards onto the deck. They are very bright and easily light up a good 3-5 feet of deck space. The only thing I'll note is that they don't have a guard (although from the pics it looks like they do) in order to focus the light on the ground. They are more or less a direct light so I am going to put a small piece of electoral tape over the top half of the light the keep it from shining in eyes.I'd say these are very good for lighting the deck, but not ideal if you're looking for soft glow accent lighting for mood lighting on your boat.

I replaced my round incandescent courtesy lights in my boat with these LED's and they were exactly the same size, screw placement were exact as well. Very easy to install and they are a nice bright white light. Very happy with these.

These lights are a perfect fit as replacements for my stern light and my cockpit lights. Super bright and easy to install. I am surprised there was no ratings on these lights. Great buy!
