This product is big and bulky and unfortunely didn't last very long. Fell apart and wouldn't work.

This's the second one I got from y'all, first one didn't light so I returned it, y'all sent a replacement and this one doesn't light either

It's a little longer than the more commonly seen torches. I'll get used to that easily.

Very complex for such a simple tool. There was assembly required, and needed to fix it a couple times (knob/button falling out) before I gave up on the built-in ignition system and lit with a separate flame. Very heavy and clunky, and would snuff out the flame if the valve was open too far. Not impressed with this at all, ended up buying a simple bernzomatic torch and it works great, as a basic tool should.

Doesn't give a consistent experience. It may light it may not, it might light for a second and then go out. Terrible
