Wouldn’t recommend this for water aerobics. No matter how tight you make it, it winds up loosening in the water.

I am a small frame and this belt was to wide across my back. It almost came up under my arms. Very uncomfortable on my rib cage. I use the belt when I swim for added security. This belt is very uncomfortable for me. Will be returning it.

Just a little added security, I would bot depend on it for non swimmers, buy coast guard approved life jackets.

This keeps me afloat so I can jog and exercise hands free in the deeper water. It also gives me more confidence when I swim in the pool alone.

Bought this as an aide to swimming in the ocean on a trip to Croatia. Jumped right off the boat with the confidence that this would keep me afloat if I tired treading water. It worked perfectly! It’s easy to pack and works like a charm! Highly recommend!
